LinkedIn launches new feature: company status updates

A few weeks ago, LinkedIn launched a new feature for admins of company pages: the ability to add company status updates. This means that any followers of a company will see the status updates in their timelines. Updates can include links and other media too, so it’s a great way to keep your followers up to date.

You need to have set the page so that designated admins only can make updates 9rather than the option where anyone with a valid company email address can make changes). Once you’ve done that, you’ll see the status update box on your page and can take it from there.
